2024 Summer Fun Time “Grill’n Lika Villian” Rules:

1. Contest entries occur by completing a registration slip at designated registration locations, by live on-air requests for registrations, random Digital/Social Media registrations and/or in-person registrations at De La Hunt Media live event locations.  All registrations must be completed in full to be eligible.  De La Hunt Media is not responsible for lost/incomplete/illegible entries.  Contestant may enter at multiple locations.  However, registration box stuffing may result in disqualification;
2. Random On-air registrations may be conducted Monday – Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM.   Listeners will be prompted to call to register with on-air announcements.   Listeners will have 10 minutes to call the radio station to register;
3. Registration at Live “Summer Fun Time” Remotes and/or station Events.  Entrants can register at “In-person Registration” remotes and/or events; only one entry per-person, at each live remote and/or event;
4. Registrations via digital platforms may be conducted.  Entrants will be instructed how to register;  only one digital entry per-person per digital event will be authorized;
5. Regardless of entry method, each registration is eligible to win one major prize package in a calendar year;
6. Drawings will take place in all radio markets.  One registration location will be randomly selected for each drawing date and one name will be drawn from that registration location.  A total of six (6) Prize packages will be award between May 1st and Sept 11th, 2024;  
7. Major prize winners will be announced on De La Hunt Media stations KPRM and KDKK within 48 hours after connecting with the prize winner.  Announcements will be made between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.  Drawing dates are as follows: June 19th, July 10th, July 24th, August 14th, August 28th, and September 11th, 2024  All winners will be contacted by phone;
8. No more than one Grill’n with the Villains’ major prize winning package per household is allowed;
9. No purchase necessary to win and winners need not be present to win;
10. Contest commences around May 1, 2024 and ends with the last prize drawing; 
11. Contestant must be 18 years or older at time of registration;
12. Winner is responsible for delivery of prize, any registration, licensing and taxes.  Approximate prize package value $900.00.  All winners must pick-up prize within thirty days of winning.  Unclaimed prizes revert back to De La Hunt Media;
13. All contestants winning a prize or combined prizes valued at over $600.00 or more in a calendar year will be subject to any and all federal, state, and local taxes, as applicable.  A IRS 1099 tax form will be issued by De La Hunt Media, Inc. in this event;
14. De La Hunt Media reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of an approximate value and/or cash in the event it becomes unavailable.  However, the winner has no right to substitution of prize and/or request cash value.  Equally, the prize winner has no right of prize substitution from the participating business where the prize was purchased.  Winners must claim their prize and complete all necessary paperwork within 30 days of being notified they won a prize; 
15. De La Hunt Media and affiliated stations reserve the right to use contestant’s names, voice, pictures and statements in conjunction with giveaway for promotional purposes;
16. De La Hunt Media will conduct the contest substantially as proposed.  However, in the event of reasons beyond our control, the promotion and rules may be amended.  As example, COVID-19 closures, State law changes and/or restrictions which restricts our ability to run the promotion.  Any changes will be announced on air and rules will be modified accordingly;
17. All rules will be posted on the De La Hunt Media website contest tab:  delahuntmedia.com   Additionally, the contest poster will have a QR Code to link directly to the contest rules.  
18. Second Chance random prize drawings of lesser value may be drawn from all participating registrations locations.  Winners of Second Chance random prize drawings will not affect the registrant’s eligibility to win the large prize;      
19. De La Hunt Media will be final judge on all entries and is not responsible for lost registrations
20. De La Hunt Media holds the contest rights and holds harmless all participating registration locations. 
21. De La Hunt Media employees and family members are not eligible to win.  Major Sponsor  employees and family members are not eligible to register at their registration locations however they are eligible to win prizes when drawn from other participating registration locations; 
22. No Cash Value/No Purchase necessary.  Six Grill Packages will be given away jointly by DeLaHunt Media, Inc. Radio Stations:  KPRM, KDKK, KXKK, KQKK, KAKK, KKWB.
