The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing man. Scott Roger Burris, 33, is described as 5’-10” in height, approximately 175 pounds, medium-muscular build, clean shaven with short brown hair and brown eyes. Scott normally has a goatee style beard but was last seen as clean shaved. Scott is said to wear contacts or glasses. He was last seen wearing tan colored shorts a blue short sleeve T-shirt and white tennis shoes. According to a report, a local Elizabeth, MN resident reported Scott’s white Ply. Voyager van parked off on private property on 310th Street, NE in the city of Elizabeth. The vehicle had been there for a least two days. The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office conducted foot and aerial searches around the area of the van Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Burris was last seen Monday, May 21 at approximately 2 p.m. in Fergus Falls.
