ALEXANDRIA, Minn. (AP) - Three people have been arrested after an Alexandria teen, missing for nearly a month, was found with minor injuries. Fifteen-year-old Jasmine Block was found in rural Grant County Tuesday and has been reunited with her family. Police did not immediately say what happened to Block during her disappearance. She was last seen Aug. 8 about 10:30 p.m. when she left her home in Alexandria.
