Sauk Centre man pinned under a car

Friday, June 22 the Todd County Sheriff’s Office received a report at about 10:00 p.m. of a man that was pinned under a car in they city of West Union. Jesse Wolbeck, of Sauk Centre, was working under a car that was being lifted up by a Bobcat. The car slipped of the skid loader bucket, pinning Wolbeck underneath for approximately two minutes. Prior to responders’ arrival, the car had been lifted off Wolbeck. He was transported to St. Michael’s Hospital in Sauk Centre and then transferred to St. Cloud Hospital where he was treated for bruising to his internal organs in the chest and abdomen area. Osakis Police, Osakis Fire/Rescue and North Ambulance from Alexandria all assisted at the scene.
